About Personal Palate
Personal Palate was started by Chef Ron Richards in 2004. Chef Ron has provided personal
chef services, private party catering, and cooking lessons to many in the Baltimore area over
the last several years.
With over 20 years of experience in various fine dining restaurants, Chef Ron Richards can
do just about anything in the kitchen. He never follows a recipe and continues to stun
customers when he works his magic to create delicious, unique, and beautiful
presentations. Having learned to cook from his grandfather (also a chef) and self-taught
years of trial and error, Chef Ron is a top notch Executive Chef who always puts out a
quality meal and knows how to run a kitchen.
Chef Ron is originally from Syracuse, New York and has lived in Montana and South Carolina.
He now resides in the Southern York County, Pennsylvania.
Chef Ron believes that you can do anything you put your mind to. He is a master of uplifting
those around him with his positive attitude and sense of wonderment over the smallest of
things. Besides his passion for food, Chef Ron loves photography, the outdoors, his wife and
dogs.
